Technical indicators of LDHB wash plant system :
1.Mud concentration after LDHB paste thickener is: about 40%.
The solid content of tailing water after paste thickener is < 300mg/L (Reuse available).
2. Wash plant wastewater reuse rate: 70 ~ 90% (except the moisture that taken away by solid materials).
3. Feeding pressure of the chamber filter press: > 0.6Mpa. Water content of mud cake after filtering by chamber filter press: <40%.
4.Molecular weight of flocculant (polyacrylamide PAM) is >10 000, and the solution concentration is 1‰ ~ 3‰.
